Elizabeth “Liz” A. Saleeby, CPA, MBA, is an Audit partner at Calibre CPA Group and has been in public accounting since 2010.
Liz has significant audit experience with tax-exempt organizations including trade and professional associations, charitable foundations, advocacy groups, employee benefit plans, and labor unions. She has performed audits, reviews, compilations, and other attestation engagements. Her responsibilities include all aspects of client service and engagement management, including engagement budgeting, supervision of staff personnel, preparation of financial statements, presentation of audit deliverables to the governing body, tax filings and informational returns including Forms 990, 990-T, LM-2, 5500, and others.
Liz also serves as one of the firm’s primary trainers for our entry-level, one-year, and new senior employees in the audit department.
Liz received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting in 2009 from Michigan State University graduating with honors and her Masters in Business Administration from George Mason University in 2012. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Greater Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is licensed in the District of Columbia and Virginia.
