  • Do you have any pets?I have had many rescued cats and dogs over the years. Currently, I have a rescued New Zealand red rabbit named Oliver
  • What would people be surprised to know about you?I studied and performed 15th century Renaissance, ballroom, and contra dance

Bill Ball

Firm Administrator

Bill Ball serves as Calibre CPA Group’s Firm Administrator and has worked in the professional services sector since 1993. Bill is responsible for managing the administrative operations of the firm, supporting the supervision, work standardization, and coordination of administrative personnel across all of Calibre’s offices. He collaborates closely with the firm’s management on various initiatives to execute effective and efficient operations including overseeing and managing the budget, financial reporting, executing Calibre’s strategic plan, and maintaining and continuously improving firm infrastructure.

Professional Experience

Bill’s prior professional experience includes 29+ years in the legal sector managing business and shared services operations, people management, and process transformation. Bill also has expertise in legal conflict of interest resolution, compliance, and other risk management dimensions. His career includes experience as a non-lawyer professional in civil litigation trial and government regulatory matters.

Education and Relationships

Bill received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from Washington College. He received his Associate degree in General Studies and a paralegal studies certificate from Chesapeake College.

Bill also served on the Board of Directors for a Louisville, Kentucky non-profit that helps young people and families through foster care programs that stabilize, support, and prepare them for independent living. He also helped to coordinate and participated in the Road to Equal Justice program through Peace Tech Lab to empower local communities with free training and mentoring on media, technology, and data tools to accelerate and amplify the fight for equal justice in Louisville, Kentucky.
