WASHINGTON, DC: (June 23, 2022) Mary Margaret Prange, CPA, Partner, Calibre CPA Group, will present a session titled “Building Soft Skills” as a co-featured speaker at this year’s International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) Accounting & Auditing Institute for Employee Benefit Plans Conference. The in-person conference scheduled for Monday, June 27 – Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at The Westin Seattle, Seattle, Washington, also offers a virtual option during registration.
Mary Margaret’s session will feature discussion and guidance on how organizations can adapt their training and development efforts to address the current work environment. Mary Margaret has over 20 years of public accounting experience specializing in not-for profit organizations, including trade and professional associations, charitable foundations, advocacy groups, faith-based organizations, employee benefit plans and labor unions. She also leads the firm’s Continuing Education Committee and is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering the majority of the firm’s Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs. She is a regular presenter for various educational seminars and conferences and has developed and taught many courses on auditing and accounting for tax-exempt organizations and other programs.
Mary Margaret earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from James Madison University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Virginia and State of Maryland. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Greater Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of CPAs. She also serves as a Committee member for the James Madison University School of Accounting Guiding Executive Advisory Committee and the Women for Madison Executive Advisory Committee.
