Mary Margaret’s article entitled “Be the Bridge: Empowering Women in Accounting,” discusses the importance of supporting women in the profession and offers practical implementation advice for accounting firms. Mary Margaret uses Calibre’s Women Initiative Network (WIN) as an example in the article.
WIN, which was proposed and launched by a group of senior female leaders at Calibre, recently celebrated its one-year anniversary.
