Calibre CPA Group Partner, Glenn M. Eyrich, CPA recently participated in the Annual Professional Sports CFO’s Meeting that was hosted by the National Basketball Players Association in New York. Topics covered at the meeting included licensing, players’ financial education and career programs, technology solutions, monetizing wearables, and player benefits.
Eyrich participated in a roundtable discussion and presented a session on financial considerations for the Associations. Organizations in attendance included the MLBPA, NFLPA, PGA, LPGA, NHLPA, ATP and the MLS Players Union.
