This presentation will guide attendees through interpreting nonprofit financial statements and identify warning signs that may indicate financial stress, internal control weaknesses, or potential mismanagement. The session will focus on practical techniques to strengthen financial oversight and improve board-level understanding.

The Cost of Weak Anti-Fraud Policies

This session will explore how weak or unenforced anti-fraud policies increase organizational risk. Eyrich and his co-presenter will discuss strategies associations can use to reinforce controls and protect institutional credibility.
