Branding is important — on every level of the spectrum. On a corporate level, we have made it a point to establish a strong company brand that is rolled out companywide. However, we also recognize the necessity for our employees to be equipped to build and solidify their personal brands as professionals.
This can be a difficult task — one that has been historically harder for women to tackle. Recognizing this challenge, our Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) sponsored an educational event for Calibre employees where they received advice and guidance on how to build their personal brands.
WIN brought in renowned speaker, Jennifer Smith, to share her insight with employees. The event was held at the Bethesda office and was streamed out to other locations.
