What is your title? Describe what you do.
I am a Client Accounting Services Manager providing a range of services to clients to help them better manage their finances and make informed decisions. I help clients in cashflow forecasting, financial statements, budgeting, payroll, analytical analysis, controllership, reporting.
Why did you get into the accounting/audit industry?
I got into the accounting industry because I have a passion for helping clients with my analytical and people skills to provide accurate financial information and insights which help clients in achieving their corporate financial goals.
What are three things you do every day? Do you have any morning “rituals”?
Three things I do every day are maintain a nutritious diet, exercising, and getting a good night sleep. My morning rituals are saying a word of prayer, breakfast, and a cup of coffee or tea.
What are the most challenging and rewarding parts of your job?
The most challenging part of my job is assisting clients who may not have the most up-to-date documentation or are using outdated accounting software. The rewarding part is helping the client to achieve financial goals and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?
My advice to someone looking to pursue a role like mine is that the person should be hardworking, resolute, and meticulous. Specific character traits or skills are meticulousness, strong work ethics, personal and professional integrity, collaborator, passion for solving problems, effective communication skills, and great people skills.

I enjoy collaborating with my team and it is a friendly and fun atmosphere with employees from diverse cultures. The Calibre CPA leadership team is great. I appreciate Calibre culture and how supportive and collaborative everyone seems to be. What I like about Calibre is that it has provided room for me to grow professionally and be able to collaborate with colleagues and clients from different industries.
