October 14, 2015 —Calibre CPA Group, PLLC (Calibre CPA Group) is proud to announce that Shawn H. Miller will be speaking at the Greater Washington Society of CPAs 27th Annual Nonprofit Finance & Accounting Symposium. Along with Matthew T. Journy, Counsel, of Venable, LLP, the presentation will deal with the OMB’s Supercircular and IRS Disputes and Controversies.
Mr. Miller will also be speaking at the GWSCPA’s 5th Annual Nonprofit Academy, which is a held in conjunction with the Symposium for professionals who are new to the tax-exempt community. His topic for this course will be “GAAP for Nonprofits/Revenue Recognition.”
