Bethesda, MD January 6, 2016 – Calibre CPA Group PLLC, provider of accounting and financial services, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ellen K. Odell to the position of Principal.
Ellen is responsible for the management of the firm’s Bethesda office compliance audit practice, the second largest practice in the firm. Ellen has been with the firm for over 23 years and has continually taken on increasingly important leadership roles and responsibilities as the Compliance Audit practice has developed.
Ellen now leads a team of over 30 people responsible for coordinating the delivery of thousands of employer payroll audits each year for our clients throughout the country. She is responsible for the planning, supervising, and reviewing staff services, and is the day-to-day liaison with our employer payroll clients. She is also responsible for staff development and process and practice improvement supporting the growth within the department,
