James is the firm’s Managing Partner. He has been in public accounting since 1998 and brings years of invaluable experience and leadership within the firm. This position is a natural progression in his career, reflecting his expertise and alignment with the firm’s core values and strategic goals. James oversees the operations and strategic direction of the firm. His focus is also on supporting partners and staff, and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service.
James has significant experience with not-for-profit organizations including labor unions, trade and professional associations, charitable organizations, foundations, advocacy groups and employee benefit funds. James serves as the North American Chair of Morison Global, an association the firm is affiliated with. He also serves on Morison’s International Board of Directors.

Glenn M. Eyrich, CPA, is a partner in the audit and accounting department of Calibre CPA Group. He has been in public accounting since 1990. Glenn specializes in tax-exempt entities including labor organizations and their related multiemployer benefit funds, trade associations, and other not-for-profit entities. He has managed hundreds of plan engagements with several over $1 billion in assets. He has directed significant management and consulting engagements which have included operational reviews, performance audits (economy, efficiency and program), and internal control reviews. Glenn is a member of the firm’s Management and Compensation Committees and also leads the firm’s marketing initiatives.
Glenn presently serves as a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board’s (FASB) Not-for-Profit Advisory Committee and the Advisory Panel for the Journal of Accountancy – the flagship publication of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also a member, frequent speaker, and has held an appointed position on the Professionals Committee of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans – the nation’s largest member association of employee benefit fund professionals.

Mary Margaret Prange, CPA, is a partner in the audit and accounting department of Calibre CPA Group. She has been in public accounting since 2001. Mary Margaret has significant audit experience with not-for-profit organizations including employee benefit plans, labor unions. trade and professional associations, charitable foundations, advocacy groups, and faith-based organizations.
Within the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan practice, Mary Margaret is considered a specialist in a wide variety of plans which include single- and multiemployer defined benefit, defined contribution, welfare, and training funds. She is in charge of financial audits and tax services for employee benefit plans clients with total assets ranging from $10 million to over $23 billion.
As a regular presenter for educational seminars and conferences, she has developed and taught a number of courses on auditing and accounting for tax-exempt organizations, as well as a multitude of other programs. Mary Margaret has also authored numerous articles for a variety of publications covering issues that affect labor organizations and the not-for-profit industry.

Meredith B. Golfo has been with Slevin & Hart for more than 16 years, and her practice focuses on all aspects of representing multiemployer benefit plans under ERISA. Ms. Golfo is located in New York and primarily represents clients of the firm that are located in New York and New Jersey. Her practice includes the representation of clients in Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service investigations, drafting plan documents, negotiating prescription and medical contracts and advising trustees on fiduciary responsibility under Title I of ERISA. She also has extensive experience in negotiating investment contracts, including hedge funds, real estate investment trusts and private equity arrangements. Ms. Golfo has counseled defined benefit pension plans regarding the relief provisions under Pension Protection Act of 2006 and the Multiemployer Pension Relief Act of 2014.
In addition to her transactional experience, Ms. Golfo has represented clients in litigation and arbitration to collect delinquent contributions and unpaid withdrawal liability.
