James C. Kokolas, CPA, is currently the firm’s Managing Partner with more than 30 years of experience in the accounting industry. Jim has significant experience providing audit and accounting services to the tax-exempt community. He has concentrated his career on labor organizations, employee benefit plans, associations, foundations, charitable and educational organizations and other membership organizations. He is active in many industry organizations, helping to collaborate with peers on improvements within the industry and the firm. In his role as Managing Partner, Jim leads the Management and other governance committees and is responsible for the overall operations, vision and strategy of Calibre CPA Group.

Mary Margaret Prange, CPA, is an audit partner with Calibre CPA Group. She has been in public accounting since 2001. Mary Margaret has significant audit experience with tax-exempt organizations including employe benefit plans, labor unions, trade and professional associations, charitable foundations, advocacy groups, and faith-based organizations. She is the head of the firm’s Continuing Education Committee and is responsible for planning, developing and delivering a majority of the firm’s internal Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs each year.

Thomas DeMayo is a Principal in the Cybersecurity and Privacy Advisory Group of PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP and is responsible for the implementation and design of the firm’s cybersecurity service client offerings, internal and external audit programs and testing procedures. His cybersecurity services relate to threat and vulnerability management, governance, privacy, incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery and computer forensics.

Joseph M. Herishen, CPA, is an audit partner at Calibre CPA Group and has been in public accounting since 1985. Joseph specializes in providing auditing and consulting services for labor organizations and all types of Taft-Hartley multiemployer employee benefit plans. His responsibilities include planning, performing and coordinating audits, reviews and compilations with a particular concentration in International and Local Unions and employee benefit plans. These plans range from local to national jointly-trusteed single and multiemployer funds.
